  • How can I visit before I book a party?

    We would love to have you visit! Please email us at celebrate@parteezvenue.com and we will schedule a time that is convenient for you.

  • How big is your party room?

    Our ENTIRE facility is for you and your guests to enjoy! Spread out in our spacious 2100 square foot venue. We have an additional 500 square foot of space for two bathrooms and our private venue storage room full of tables, chairs, decorations, and several entertainment items. No other customers will be present during your event. 72 person maximum capacity.

  • Do I have to clean up at the end of the party?

    No! The Parteez staff will take care of all cleaning and sanitization of the venue. You do NOT need to put away any of the tables and chairs, sweep, or reset the room. As well, our staff will regularly check restrooms and trash recepticles to make your event as stress-free as possible. Enjoy celebrating life together at Parteez!

  • Can we bring our own food, drinks, and snacks?

    Yes. Outside food and drink are permitted during events with the exception of alcohol. Hire a caterer, throw a potluck, or choose any of our fresh food and dessert items to enjoy at your event.

  • Can we bring our own decorations, pictures, and music?

    Yes, we have plenty of space for you to decorate, a 4K projector for high-quality slideshows, games, or your own content, and a great sound system for music from your personal playlist. Glitter and silly string are prohibited.

  • How long will it take to decorate?

    Great question! Decorating time varies significantly on the type of event, style, and number of people involved. We have had events pull up with two box trucks and decorate for five hours and events that are perfect for the occasion after just 15 minutes. Be sure to book for the amount of time you will need to decorate. If you want the venue to be decorated when you arrive, ask about one of our decorating packages.

  • Do you offer all-inclusive packages?

    Yes, we offer a variety of decorating, entertainment, and food packages for your convenience. Contact us or browse the website for details.

  • Is your facility accessible to people with disabilities?

    Yes, Parteez is accessible to all of our guests. We have accessible parking, entertainment, and restroom accommodations. As well, service and support animals are always welcome.

  • When should I arrive to setup for my event?

    You have full access to the facility for the duration of your booking. This includes any set-up and tear-down time. For example, a three-hour rental starting at 2pm would give you access starting promptly at 2pm and conclude no later than 5pm. At that time, all personal items must be removed and the facility is closed while the Parteez staff cleans, sanitizes, and prepares for the next event.


    To maximize party time, consider one of our decorating packages to have the venue ready when you arrive.

  • Do you have audio / video equipment?

    Yes! We make it easy to dance to your own music playlist, toast your best friend, live-stream to the world, or watch life's highlights on our ultra high-definition screen. Microphone, pro audio speaker, Bluray / DVD player, Wi-Fi, 4K projector, and 9-foot screen included in all rentals. Our audio / video system works with most smart phones, tablets, and laptop computers using Bluetooth and wired connections.

  • Do you have free Wi-Fi Internet access?

    Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet is included in all event packages. The connection is suitable for streaming and available to all guests. Charging stations are also freely available to keep personal devices powered up for the event.

  • Can I have a party for my pet or bring my pet?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome pets to the party. However, we recommend contacting our friends at Bed & Bark in Waxhaw if accommodations are needed for your pet during an event. Service and support animals are permitted.

  • Will I have to worry about other people in the facility during my event?

    No. All events are a private rental of the entire party venue. Parteez staff is present during the event to assist you and your guests, sanitize restrooms and attractions, and clean up at the end of the event.

  • What is the ideal age for your facility?

    Parteez was designed for people of all ages to celebrate life together. Events may include activities for a common age group (e.g. 8-year-olds) or a mix of attractions suitable for toddlers, school-age, tween, teen, and adult. Choosing a blend of attractions may be ideal for parties with a wide range of ages in attendance like graduation, reunion, gender-reveal, anniversary, adult birthday, and wedding receptions.

  • Do you offer open play or walk-in activities?

    At this time, all events are private and booked in advance.

  • What security measures does Parteez have in place?

    To ensure the safety of our guests, Parteez has employees and security cameras to properly manage & protect the facility. We also entrust our adult guests to oversee the safety of their children.

  • Can I park my vehicle close to the venue?

    Ample free parking is available directly in front and behind the venue.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you provide at least 24 hours notice, you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within 12 months of the original party date. Any event cancelled with less than 24 hours until the party time will forfeit their deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. Please call us at 704-654-2414 if you are unable to host your event at the scheduled time.
