Parteez is a family owned and operated business. We, the Loy Family, live right here in Waxhaw!

For most of our marriage we had dreamed of starting our own business. The pandemic and extra time at home together provided the springboard to make our dream a reality. David brings his background in technology and business, as well as his time as a DJ in his teens and early twenties. Patricia’s experience comes from her years as a special education teacher, private tutor, and homeschool teacher, along with 19 years of happily having the title of “Mom”.

We have two beautiful children who have touched our lives through adoption. Jennica has recently graduated from high school. She is absolutely loves interacting with animals and young children. Micah is in 9th grade and has an unquenchable love for learning. He also enjoys music, theater, cross country, and track.

It was important for our family to create a business that we all could be a part of and enjoy, while also benefitting our town of Waxhaw and surrounding communities. It is our mission to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable event venue for all people to celebrate life together. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you and your guests soon.
